Kids are so goofy sometimes!

I just have to share a hilarious story about Presley this weekend. Saturday morning matt picked up a couple donuts. We let her have a couple bites of one of them and she was quite pleased with the sweet treat. She sat between us on the couch being silly and making noises and "mmmmm"'ing. Asking for more, giving hugs, wanting milk from our cups. Standard silly stuff. But then she did something that put us laughing so hard we both had tears.

She picked up her big toe and sucked it. Making all kinds of "mmmm" noises, then picked up the other foot and did the same. Afterwards, she let out a giant "mmmmmmmmm!" as if her toes were delicious, then promptly burped!

We haven't taught her this. So I have no idea where she got it. I guess the sugar of the doughnut went to her head and she just became extra silly "doughnut drunk".  Maybe the harder we laughed the more it encouraged her to continue her show. Either way- kids, they come up with such silly behaviors sometimes. Let's just hope she doesn't do this again in public on day and embarrass us.

Here she also insists to be pushed around in her play stroller. She barely fits and it squeezes the little chub on her legs. We die every time she wants to do it, but you know....sometimes we indulge. Every week that goes by its harder and harder for her to squeeze her booty into this....

This stage.......is exhausting, demanding and the best time ever :-) Well worth the giggles and hugs and daily learning discoveries.
